You just described exactly what im going thru- I could not even put gas in my car this am to be sure i had enough to get back n forth to work.I starve myself some days.Im easily going thru 350-400 a day.Have my own business make decent $ but blow it all gamb.Im at work now and all I can think about is gamb.We have to stop.

Once you realize no matter what you win you’ll lose again plus more you’ll stop. You just want to win couple grand back and if you do then it will be more and if you do then it will be more until you finally lose it all again plus more. When we win we tell ourselves this time it will be different and I got it all figured out when in reality if you like to gamble you’ll always lose in the long run because winning certainly isn’t going to stop us. Only ones I know who are up a few bucks in lifetime gambling are the people that play once in a blue moon and get lucky. Only ones I know who hit big and didn’t lose it are the guys who got lucky on a block pool but never gamble besides that.
