I am a 27 year old who has been really addicted for the last couple of years with bodyrub places that offer full service. I live in NY so for starters just an hour massage is 300 plus extras I can spend over 1,000$ in one day. I am not sure why I am like this, everyone around me is successful whether it is starting a family or in their respective career, I am stuck in life. I have an addiction to this and sports betting… it is feb 2nd and i probably spent around 30k in 2026 on these two horrible addictions. There are days where I just stop and then one day I get this voice in my head that says "time to gamble and make money" or "I am horny Im in the mood for a hot girl to give me a bs massage and hook up". IDK WTF TO DO!!! I feel embarrassed no one in my life knows about this, this is the first time I am ever putting this out there. I would greatly appreciate anyones feedback, please help me with advice.

Bro enjoy the body rubs if they good. That is regular protocol for average person with money especially athletes. Now gambling you gotta pick a choose if you’re not wealthy. You rather spend on hot girls or gambling? You like to feel good don’t feel bad about that. Try not to keep spending a 1000 a day at-least tame it down to once a week or month.
