In 24 hours I lost 1500 my Damm rent money. I have been without work for a month now. I managed to save up 1500 and in 24 hours my dumbass who thought healed this addiction could play a little. Lost 300 first the. Completely spiraled. Stayed up hours betting stupid sports. I’ve learned my lesson but man I can’t shake this feeling of anger. How could I be so stupid. I’ve don’t this multiple times and thought it would be different. Over 100k gone but this 1500 just hurt me so bad. I’m living by myself now and with no work for a month I’m behind. Let me be very clear about something my friend. You will never HEAL AN ADDICTION. You can heal yourself and that’s what matters most. This is a constant reminder that you can not place that first bet. One day at a time, for the rest of your life.

Everytime I get that urge to gamble thinking this time will be different, it’s scares me straight. I see all the past losses & my many downward spirals play out in my mind. It snaps me back to reality.
The past 1 & 1/2yrs have been pure hell & I refuse to go back to that. Its a day by day process. I pray to God to make me stronger than I was the day before. Stay Strong♥️
same boat man same boat missed a bunch of days so i’m missing 700 from my check and i just blew 1,500 in 1 hour and 45 minutes. now i’m maxing out my credit cards to cover my ass and i’ll have $75 to my name for 2 weeks. i’m done. i’ve had a problem with porn as well that has gotten the worst it’s ever got. my girlfriend comes home from work in an hour and can’t even fake a smile right now. good luck parter whoever stops first is the winner.
